1.  United States of America Bill of Rights: Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of
the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble. and to petition the
government for a redress of grievances.

2.  RCW 9.02.150:  Refusing to perform
No person or private medical facility may be required by law or contract in any
circumstances to participate in the performance of an abortion if such person or
private medical facility objects to so doing.  No person may be discriminated
against in employment or professional privileges because of the person's
participation or refusal to participate in the termination of a pregnancy. [1992 c 1
§ 6 (Initiative Measure No. 120, approved November 5, 1991).]

3.  RCW 48.43.065:  Right of individuals to receive services — Right of providers,
carriers, and facilities to refuse to participate in or pay for services for reason of
conscience or religion — Requirements.   
(2)(a) No individual health care provider, religiously sponsored health carrier, or   
health care facility may be required by law or contract in any circumstances to
participate in the provision of or payment for a specific service if they object to so
doing for reason of conscience or religion. No person may be discriminated
against in employment or professional privileges because of such objection.

4.  RCW 70.47.160:  Right of individuals to receive services — Right of providers,   
carriers, and facilities to refuse to participate in or pay for services for reason of   
conscience or religion — Requirements.
(2)(a) No individual health care provider, religiously sponsored health carrier, or
health care facility  may be required by law or contract in any circumstances to
