which shows Planned Parenthood's eagerness to kill more preborn
children. The most recent undercover video was recorded in September
2009 at the Planned Parenthood facility at 5380 W. Fond duLac Avenue,
Milwaukee, WI.
In the video, the PP employee tells the young mother that her 6 to 8
week old preborn child has "no arms, no legs, no heart, no head, no brain."

week 6 brainwaves can be recorded and by week 8 the baby's fingers and
toes are fairly well defined, and fingerprints, a unique and defining
feature of every human being, are permanently engraved on his skin. All
of the baby's organs are present, complete, and functioning (except
his/her lungs).
The PP employee attempts to pressure the young mother into having an
abortion since the economy is bad and even tells the mother that the
images and ads out there that show babies being thrown in the garbage
aren't true.
Peggy Hammill, state director of Pro-Life Wisconsin responded to the
video release:
/As a sidewalk counselor at Milwaukee Planned Parenthoods, I have had
post-abortion women fall apart in my arms, sobbing, immediately
regretting their abortions. Nothing can prepare a woman for an
abortion. This new footage reconfirms that Planned Parenthood is not
providing women with complete, accurate medical information about their
developing baby, much less the after effects of the abortion 'procedure.'/
Pro-Life Wisconsin also reported that Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin
Milwaukee received $1,064,574.28 in 2007 under Wisconsin's Family
Planning Waiver Program and received more than $12 million in federal
and state taxpayer funding last year.

Montanan has used physician-assisted suicide since a Montana Supreme
Court ruling was issued on December 31, 2010.

The ruling in _Baxter v. State_, did not, however, "legalize"
physician-assisted suicide in Montana. _Baxter_ instead held that a
physician accused of homicide for killing his or her patient would be

The news out of Sarasota, Florida caught many people by surprise. A
doctor in the city has lost his license because he aborted what is now
described as the "wrong" baby. What are we to make of this? The
situation with Dr. Kachinas reveals the horribly confused morality that
marks modern America and, in far too many cases, the practice of
medicine. Consider what this means for the sanctity of human life. We
are now looking at babies as consumer products. We will accept babies
that meet our specified qualifications, and abort when medical tests or
other factors reveal that the baby does not meet our standards. Human
life is reduced to just another consumer product subject to consumer
preferences and demand.

Matt Sande with Pro-life Wisconsin [an American Life League Associate

Last Friday, Sacramento Superior Court Judge Greta Curtis Fall sentenced
a 32-year-old man to 50-years-to-life imprisonment for killing his
girlfriend's unborn baby by stabbing her in the stomach with a 13-inch
butcher knife. On December 31, 2006, Danny Ray Poplin Jr. attacked his
girlfriend, Vanessa Roberts, thinking that her six-month old unborn
child was the child of another man. DNA tests later confirmed the child
was his own. He will serve the sentence for murder only after serving 12
years for injury and assault.

Catholic consecrated religious who openly dissent from the authority of
Rome and the Church's teaching on life are "an absurdity of the most
tragic kind" and should cease identifying themselves as Catholic, said
Archbishop Raymond Burke, the head of Rome's Apostolic Signatura. Burke
gave the remarks in his keynote address Friday at the Institute for
Religious Life's national meeting at Mundelein Seminary in Illinois. The
Institute also honored Burke with their Pro Fidelitate et Virtute Award
at a celebration of the legacy of Servant of God Fr. John Hardon, SJ.
