A new study shows that mifepristone (sometimes called by its outdated 
name "RU 486") increases the risk for surgical intervention to complete 
an abortion.  The study shows that is the case in 17 to 23 percent of 
mifepristone cases.  Dr. Donna Harrison, president of the American 
Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists, tells 
OneNewsNow there was limited information available when the Food and 
Drug Administration approved the drug.

A new poll by Gallup shows a stunning reversal in American perceptions 
on the question of abortion. For the first time since Gallup started 
surveying the country on this subject, more Americans self-identify as 
being "Pro-Life" than pro-abortion.
