  Dr. Alan Keyes going to Notre Dame to be arrested:
  Calls on pro-lifers nationwide to join him.

Hello Pro-Life Friend*:*

I am thrilled to tell you that Dr. Alan Keyes has just announced his 
plans to come to Notre Dame to be arrested, as a protest against Notre 
Dame honoring President Obama with the commencement speech and an 
honorary doctorate.

Dr. Keyes is also calling on his pro-life compatriots to join him...in 
jail. Will you be among them?

Every so often, there are seminal moments in history; critical battles 
that are referred to for years - sometimes for generations. THIS IS ONE 
SUCH MOMENT.

The critical importance of this battle cannot be overstated. Think of 
it: you have the premier proponent of child-killing in the western 
hemisphere - Barack Obama - being invited by the premier Catholic 
*university *of the Western Hemisphere - Notre Dame.

No words can aptly describe this level of spiritual treachery and 
harlotry. This moment will be etched in time. And your and my responses 
are part of this moment in history.

That is why we must pray - and then do much more than pray - we must DO 
all that is in our power to stop this treachery.

With that backdrop, here are excerpts from Dr. Keyes' letter:

  Forgive Us Our Trespasses

"...Every time abortionists rip a child limb from limb within the womb; 
every time they crush the fragile head; every time they scorch the life 
from its body with a death dealing solution; every time they scrape its 
nascent cells of life from the walls of a womb- Jesus is savagely beaten 
again; his skull pressed down with thorns; his limbs pulled savagely in 
their sockets; his hands and feet pierced through with nails; his breath 
drawn with fiery pain; his life finally extinguished; every time.

"...And every time there stands vociferous in the crowd, the ambitious 
man of blood, Barack Obama. He is justifying the torture, forcing 
bystanders to aid in the atrocity, assuring that the nails are paid for 
and the henchmen of evil well fed and rewarded for their role in the 
daily crucifixion. Even the garments of the innocent children (their 
little organs or stem cells), like the vesture of Christ, he prepares 
for division among those who perpetrate the slaughter.

"...I will go to South Bend. I will step foot on the Notre Dame campus 
to lift up the standard that protects the life of the innocent children 
of this and every generation. I will do it all day and every day from 
now until the Master comes if need be, though it mean I shall be housed 
every day in the prison house of lies and injustice that Obama, Jenkins 
and their minions now mean to construct...

"...If this be trespass, then forgive us our trespasses and join us in 
trespassing until the South Bend jail is filled to overflowing with 
witnesses to truth; filled beyond capacity; filled until we break the 
most onerous shackles of all- the ones that bind the heart and mind to 
evil and our nation to the path of its destruction.

"...I ask others who all these years have

prayed and labored for the unborn

to join us..."

Friend, I pray you can see how significant this moment is! If Notre Dame 
throws Dr. Keyes in jail (which it will), and scores - or even hundreds 
of brave souls join him in jail - it could create the national tension, 
attention, and crisis we need to get Obama cancelled.

But just as important, it will be a worthy and appropriate response to 
the horrific betrayal of the babies and Christ Himself that Notre Dame 
is committing.

And God willing - it could help revive the pro-life cause, which is in 
great danger of dying, to the eternal detriment of so many who fall prey 
to our culture of death.

If Obama speaks, and we do not create uproar, the future of this 
movement is precarious.

*The cause of the babies is in our hands*.

Without going any further, I ask you for four things:

1.    Pray for Dr. Keyes, and all of us who go to jail as a witness for 
the babies, and a spiritual statement against the evil of Obama's address;

2.    Come to South Bend. Come as soon as possible. Be courageous, and 
spontaneous. If we prevail in making this a watershed moment in history, 
you will always be able to say you were a part.

3.    Send this email to a friend. Urge them to read Dr. Keyes' full 
statement, and to weigh their duty in this battle before God.

4.    If possible, send a contribution to help cover the multitude of 
expenses we are incurring. I happily tell you that all our workers - 7 
full time, and 25 part time - are volunteering, myself included.

I beg you - with all my heart - to stop what you are doing, and pray.

_Ask God what He would have you to do at this moment_.

Ask Him in sincerity, telling Him: "I will do whatever you ask."

Then, do it. As Mary said of her Son: "Whatsoever He says to you, do it."

And do not be afraid of the Cross; stand with our Lord in his suffering, 
as Mary did.

is, until the St. Joseph County Jail is your temporary residence.

And by the way, if you get arrested, the charge will be "trespass." You 
will NOT face a felony; you will NOT lose your right to vote, etc. This 
is the type of "civil disobedience" that was practiced by Dr. Martin 
Luther King, Susan B. Anthony, and other American Heroes. If you have a 
"record," you will be in great company!
