Ohio HB 293 hearings will continue on Wed, 12/2/09 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 
116, Ohio Statehouse, Columbus.  Opponent testimony will be heard.  I'll 
be testifying.

*This is the bill which will crimi*nalize pharmacists with consciences 
who refuse to dispense Plan B or so-called  "oral contraceptives".

Do you know of any other pharmacists or other health care workers who 
would testify?  I could use the help.  Two weeks ago the hearing room 
was filled with HB 293 proponents from Planned Parenthood, the American 
Academy of Pediatrics, Nationwide (Columbus) Children's Hospital, OSU, 
social workers, etc.

Feel free to distribute my e-mail to like-minded persons.  I'd be happy 
to assist them in this process.
